01What Keyhouse Studio is

Keyhouse Studio is a software service that helps real estate professionals organize deals, clients, documents, showings and client communication. Your subscription gives one person the right to use the app.

Keyhouse Studio is not a real estate brokerage, lender, title company, law firm or tax adviser. We do not represent buyers or sellers, do not negotiate on your behalf, and nothing in the app is legal, tax, accounting or appraisal advice. You remain responsible for your own licensed professional obligations and for every document and message you send.

02Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your details accurate and your password private — you are responsible for activity that happens under your login. If you believe someone else has access, change your password and tell us right away.

If you invite a client to their own portal, you confirm you have their permission to share their information with them that way.

03Subscription and billing

Keyhouse Studio Pro is $29.99 per month, billed monthly in US dollars through our payment provider (shown in the app as Base44 Payments). The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment fails we may pause access until it is settled. If we change the price, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits or pro-rated amounts for a partial month, unused days, a workspace you stop using, or a subscription cancelled after it renewed. The only exception is where a refund is required by law. Please try the app before subscribing — nothing is charged until you complete checkout.

Client portal access is free for your clients. They do not need a subscription to view their own deal.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use Keyhouse Studio to break the law or to interfere with other people's use of the service. In particular, do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing, or to send unsolicited bulk mail;
• publish listing or marketing content that violates the Fair Housing Act, fair lending rules, or local advertising and MLS requirements;
• upload content you have no right to share, or store someone else's confidential information without permission;
• copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the app, or attempt to access another agent's workspace;
• use the AI drafting features as a substitute for your own compliance review. Drafts are suggestions; you approve what you send.

05Content you add

You keep ownership of the deals, client records, documents and messages you put into Keyhouse Studio. You give us only the limited permission we need to store, process and display that content so the service works — for example sending an email you asked us to send or showing a document in your client's portal.

You confirm you have the rights and any required consents to everything you upload, including client contact details and signed documents.

06Messages

Nothing is sent automatically without your action: drafted step updates, client messages and showing updates are reviewed and sent by you, and you are treated as the sender. Client communication happens inside the app — make sure what you send is accurate and appropriate for the people you are working with.

07Availability and changes

We work to keep Keyhouse Studio running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages can interrupt access. Where we make a material change to these terms we will post the updated version here and, for significant changes, email you.

08Ending your account

You can stop using Keyhouse Studio at any time; cancelling your subscription ends billing. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used unlawfully.

When an account closes, we handle the data as described in the privacy policy. Export anything you need before you cancel — after closure the workspace is not recoverable.

09Disclaimers and liability

Keyhouse Studio is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind beyond what the law requires. We do not warrant that the app is error-free, that drafts are accurate, or that using it will satisfy any licensing, disclosure or record-keeping obligation you have.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost deals, or loss of data caused by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
